There's no wrong way to reach out

You don't need to have it figured out, or know what to say. Send a few words below, or book a call if you'd rather talk.

no perfect words required — messy first sentences are always welcome

Two ways in

Whichever feels easier

Option one

Book a free 15-minute call

A short phone conversation. I'll ask what's bringing you in, you can ask me anything, and we'll both get a sense of whether it's a fit.

Best if you'd rather just talk to a person
Pick a time that works

Opens my calendar. Click "Request an appointment" and choose the free 15-minute consultation. No payment info, no intake forms.

Option two

Send a message instead

No need to commit to a time. Use the form above, a sentence or two is plenty, and I'll write back with next steps.

Best if calling feels like too much right now
Back to the form

Usually a reply within one business day.

What happens next

No surprises from here

1

You reach out

Either option. You don't have to explain your whole history, or use the right words for it.

2

We talk for 15 minutes

What's going on, what you're hoping for, and whether how I work makes sense for it. No pressure to decide anything on the call.

3

You decide, in your own time

If it's a fit, we schedule a first session. If it isn't, I'll point you toward someone who's a better match.

If something's holding you back

"I don't know what to say." That's genuinely fine. Most people start with some version of "I'm not sure why I'm reaching out." That's enough to work with.

"I'm not sure it's bad enough." You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. If something's been quietly wearing on you, that counts.

"What if I book and change my mind?" Then you change your mind. The consultation isn't a commitment to anything, and nobody will follow up chasing you.

"I've had a bad experience with therapy before." Worth telling me on the call. Knowing what didn't work is useful information, not a red flag.
